As reported previously among these pages, the Black Lips have been cooped up recording a new album with Mark Ronson, nearly killing him in the process.
The results of those sessions is the Black Lips’ sixth album Arabia Mountain, which is now available to stream in full over at Grooveshark.
As Spin note, Arabia Mountain is certainly a change of direction for the band, who have taken on a smooth melodic quality alongside their riotous garage rock.
The album is out on June 7 through Vice.
